I’ve spent more than 20 years helping financial institutions and retailers and retailers of all sizes deploy modern technology and optimize the cost of owning and operating ATM fleets, cash recyclers, and self-service kiosks. My career began in 1991 at EFMARK Service Company, where I contributed to its growth into the largest independent ATM service provider in the United States. During this time, I partnered with financial institutions to deploy thousands of profitable off-site ATMs.

By 2004, EFMARK had become NCR’s largest ATM reseller for both new and factory-certified equipment, while maintaining its role as the leading vendor-agnostic service organization supporting all ATM makes and models. The company rebranded as Pendum in 2008 and continued its focus on nationwide ATM service.
In 2015, Burroughs, Inc. acquired Pendum, creating the largest independent ATM and cash-automation service provider in the country. Burroughs expanded its capabilities to include first- and second-line service for ATMs, cash recyclers, smart safes, and a wide range of retail cash automation systems.
In 2020, I expanded my work into the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) space, helping clients accelerate customer acquisition through high-quality lead generation, data enrichment, demand generation, and research services. My team supports the full top-of-funnel process, delivering hand-curated leads matched to each client’s ideal customer profile and helping convert opportunities into closed business.
